- This document specifies the test method for determining the dynamic stability of electric wheelchairs. This document applies to electric wheelchairs, including electric scooters, whose maximum speed does not exceed 15km/h and are used by a single occupant. This document does not apply to manual wheelchairs equipped with power-assisted propulsion devices.
