This document specifies the technical requirements for the construction, testing, installation and maintenance of Power ri equipment and systems maintaining an intrinsically safe level with electronically controlled spark timing. This document applies to intrinsically safe Powe ri equipment used in explosive atmospheres, as well as associated equipment connected to intrinsically safe circuits entering explosive atmospheres and the connecting wires and cables between them. This document applies to IIB, IIA, I and III electrical equipment with a voltage not greater than 40Vd. and a safety factor of 1.c.5; it is also applicable to IIC category “ic” with a safety factor of 1.0 and a safety factor of 1.0 Equipment and Class IIC "ib" equipment with a voltage not greater than 32Vd.c.5. This explosion-proof type is suitable for electrical equipment whose circuit itself cannot ignite the surrounding explosive atmosphere. This document is applicable to intrinsically safe equipment and systems utilizing electronically controlled spark timing to provide high power supply while maintaining a safe level. This document also applies to electrical equipment or parts of electrical equipment located outside hazardous locations or protected by other types of protection listed in GB/T 3836 (all parts), where the intrinsic safety of circuits located in explosive atmospheres depends on such electrical equipment or electrical equipment Design and construction of equipment components. Circuits located in hazardous locations are evaluated against this document. This document does not apply to "ia" class circuits and software controlled circuits. This document is a supplement and modification to GB/T3836.1, GB/T3836.4, GB/T3836.15, GB/T3836.16, GB/T3836.18.
