Scope
DBS62/ 001-2022 Local Food Safety Standard for Angelicae Sinensis This standard replaces DBS62/ 001-2020 Local Food Safety Standard for Angelicae Sinensis. This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, packaging, marking, transportation, and storage of Angelica sinensis produced in Gansu. This standard applies to fresh Angelica sinensis produced in Gansu, which has been removed, cleaned, dried and processed for food use and is only used as spices and condiments.
