DL/T 5203-2005 Technical code for explosion prevention design of coal and pulverized coal preparation system of fossil fuel power plant (English Version)
This standard specifies the basic requirements for explosion-proof design for coal transportation, storage, pulverized coal preparation and related smoke, air duct and other dust deflagration in coal-fired thermal power plants. This standard applies to the deflagration of pulverized coal clouds in the coal and pulverizing systems of coal-fired thermal power plants and their surrounding bodies (such as raw coal bunkers, pulverized coal bunkers, coarse and fine powder separators, and silos, etc.). The coal-related parts of thermal power plants where coal is co-fired with fuel oil or coal is co-fired with combustible gas should comply with this standard. This standard does not apply to enclosed bodies that generate excessive internal pressure due to external flames or exposure to other fire sources, such as the explosion protection requirements for boiler combustion chambers and boiler combustion systems, nor does it apply to detonation and unrestricted deflagration. (such as outdoor explosion or steam cloud explosion).
