Scope
This standard stipulates the working procedures and overall requirements for the acceptance of environmental protection facilities upon completion of electrolytic aluminum and aluminum carbon industrial construction projects, and proposes the initiation of acceptance, acceptance self-inspection, preparation of acceptance monitoring plan, implementation of acceptance monitoring and inspection, and preparation of acceptance monitoring report ( table) technical requirements. This standard is applicable to the acceptance of environmental protection facilities upon completion of electrolytic aluminum and aluminum carbon industrial construction projects. In electrolytic aluminum and aluminum carbon industrial construction projects, the acceptance of environmental protection facilities upon completion of self-provided thermal power generating units (factories) shall be carried out in accordance with HJ/T255.
