Scope
This document specifies the test method for the exposure of samples in the test equipment equipped with fluorescent ultraviolet radiation, heat and water. The test equipment simulates the actual use environment of total solar radiation or solar radiation through window glass, so that the material can Produces effects similar to natural aging. This document is applicable to laboratory artificial accelerated weathering tests of plastic specimens exposed to fluorescent ultraviolet lamps under controlled environmental conditions (temperature, humidity and/or water). Different test requirements can be met by different types of fluorescent UV lamps and lamp sets. Specimen preparation and result evaluation for specific materials refer to other standards. ISO 4892 1 gives the general principles of this document. Note: Refer to GB/T23987-2009 for the test method of fluorescent ultraviolet lamp exposure for paints, varnishes and other coatings.
