Scope

This document specifies the product classification, materials, technical requirements, test methods, quality assurance, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and ordering of copper-clad epoxy glass fiber cloth laminates for printed circuits (hereinafter referred to as "copper-clad laminates") document. This document is applicable to the design, manufacture, shipment monitoring and incoming inspection of downstream users for single-sided or double-sided copper-clad laminates with a thickness of 0.05mm~6.4mm.
