Scope

This standard specifies the electrical, mechanical and other performance requirements for copper-clad epoxy glass cloth laminates for printed circuits. This standard applies to copper-clad laminates (hereinafter referred to as foil-clad laminates) that are made of alkali-free glass fiber cloth impregnated with epoxy resin, coated with copper foil on one or both sides, and hot-pressed.
