Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, classification and model, naming and identification of rigid copper-clad laminates, as well as general requirements for materials, appearance, size, quality assurance, packaging, marking, transportation and storage. This document applies to rigid copper-clad laminates for printed circuits (hereinafter referred to as copper-clad laminates). This document does not apply to special copper clad laminates such as metal base and ceramic base.
