Scope

This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of high-purity industrial boron tribromide. This standard is applicable to use industrial boron tribromide as raw material to produce high-purity industrial boron tribromide after purification. This product is mainly used in the diffusion source of solar photovoltaic cells, liquid crystal display devices, integrated circuits and VLSI chips, etc.
