Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, fabric defect scoring, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of aramid-dyed fabrics. This standard applies to yarn-dyed fabrics for clothing and home textiles that are mainly blended and interwoven with aryl sulfone fiber and other fibers.
