Scope
This procedure is applicable to on-site testing and strength estimation of masonry compressive strength, masonry shear strength, masonry mortar strength and masonry block strength in non-sintered brick masonry. The various testing methods for masonry mortars and blocks in this regulation are not suitable for strength testing under conditions such as high temperature, long-term water immersion, fire, and corrosive environments.
