Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, functional requirements, performance and structure, manufacturing, inspection and testing, identification, random documents and packaging, storage, transportation, installation and use of industrial boiler control devices. This standard applies to the design, manufacture and acceptance of control devices matching boilers within the following scopes: a) Water-based boilers with rated steam pressure greater than 0.04MPa but less than 3.8MPa and rated evaporation capacity not less than 0.1t/h Fixed steel steam boiler; b) Fixed steel hot water boiler with rated outlet water pressure greater than 0.1MPa; c) Fixed liquid phase organic heat carrier boiler. Control devices matching the steam-water dual-purpose boiler, normal pressure hot water boiler and cast iron hot water boiler with rated outlet hot water temperature lower than 120℃ and rated outlet water pressure not greater than 0.7MPa can be used as a reference.
