Scope

1.0.1 In order to improve the construction technology and management level of automation instrument engineering, unify the quality acceptance method of automation instrument engineering construction, and ensure the quality of the project, this specification is formulated. 1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the construction and quality acceptance of automation instrumentation engineering. 1.0.3 This specification does not apply to places where explosive substances are manufactured, stored, and used, as well as automatic instrument installation projects such as vehicles and underground mines. 1.0.4 The construction of automation instrumentation engineering shall comply with the design documents and the provisions of this specification. 1.0.5 When it is necessary to modify the design documents and substitute materials, it shall be agreed by the original design unit and relevant documents shall be issued. 1.0.6 Instruments and instrument source components installed directly on equipment and pipelines shall be constructed in accordance with the provisions on professional division of labor and boundaries in design documents. 1.0.7 The equipment and materials used in the automation instrumentation project shall comply with the current relevant national standards, and shall have product quality certification documents. 1.0.8 The welding construction in the automation instrumentation project shall comply with the current national standards "Construction Specifications for Field Equipment and Industrial Pipeline Welding Engineering" GB 50236, "Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of Field Equipment and Industrial Pipeline Welding Engineering" GB 50683 and "Construction of Steel Structure Engineering Quality acceptance specification "GB 50205 provisions. 1.0.9 The construction and quality acceptance of automation instrumentation engineering shall not only comply with this specification, but also comply with the current relevant national standards.
