This part of YY/T 0988 specifies the shear test method for continuous calcium phosphate coatings and metal coatings bonded to dense metal substrates at room temperature. This section is used to evaluate the degree of bonding or internal bonding of the coating to the substrate under shear (direction parallel to the bonding plane). This section uses the International System of Units (SI). This section does not attempt to address all safety issues covered, even those related to its use. It is the responsibility of the user of this section to establish appropriate safety and health practices and to clarify the applicability of regulatory limitations before application.
