Scope

This standard specifies the determination method of 4-aminomethylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid (tranexamic acid) in toothpaste by high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. This standard applies to the determination of 4-aminomethylcyclohexylcarboxylic acid (tranexamic acid) in toothpaste. The detection limit of this standard method: 0.3 μg/g; the lower limit of quantification: 1.0 μg/g.
