Scope: This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation method, energy-saving management and measures for the limit of energy consumption per unit product of titanium dioxide (referred to as energy consumption). This standard is applicable to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption per unit product of titanium dioxide production enterprises by sulfuric acid method and chloride method, as well as the energy consumption control of new construction, renovation and expansion projects.
