Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions related to the impact of SO2 and NOx impurity gases in the air on the performance of proton exchange membrane fuel cells, requirements for test platforms and instruments, preparation before testing, testing Methods and test reports. This standard applies to proton exchange membrane fuel cell single cells (hereinafter referred to as "fuel cells") whose fuel is pure hydrogen (>99.9%) and oxidant is air. The volume fraction of impurity gases in the air to which the test method described in this standard applies is not less than 1 μL/L.
