Scope

This document specifies the dimensions and Diameters of punctures for vaccum chucks. The vacuum chucks are used in the production in optical Engineering for fixation of workpieces with planar bearing surface. The punctures are intended to distribute a vacuum upon a surface by opening and closure of drillings.
