Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, samples, test procedures, test data processing, precision and test report for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in coatings by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. This standard applies to the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in coatings and coating films, including but not limited to the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons listed in Table A.1 of Appendix A. The determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in raw materials for coatings can refer to this standard.
