Scope

This standard specifies the use of gas chromatography to determine the purity and impurity content of industrial triethylene glycol. This standard applies to triethylene glycol content not less than 80.0% (mass fraction), ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol impurity content not less than 0.01% (mass fraction), tetraethylene glycol impurity content not less than 0.02% (Mass fraction) Determination of sample.
