Scope

This standard specifies the determination of industrial isoprene purity and hydrocarbon impurity content by gas chromatography. This standard is suitable for the determination of the purity of industrial isoprene and the content of hydrocarbon impurities. The minimum detection concentration of impurities is 0.005% (mass fraction).
