Scope: This part of GB/T 4797 lists the outdoor climate types expressed by temperature and humidity parameters, as the background material for selecting the appropriate temperature and humidity severity during product testing and application. These climate types include all regions of the country, except those with an altitude above 5 000 m. This section can also be used as background material when determining the climatic and environmental conditions for product application. This part specifies a series of outdoor climate types with temperature and humidity parameters, and these climate types are often applied to the transportation, storage, installation and use of products.
