Scope

This standard specifies the principles, reagents and materials, instrumentation and equipment, sample preparation, sample determination and result expression of the colloidal gold rapid quantitative detection method for ochratoxin A. This standard is suitable for the rapid quantitative detection of ochratoxin A in wheat, corn, oats and other grains and their products. The detection limit of the method is 3 μg/kg.
