Scope: This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation method, energy-saving management and measures for the limit of energy consumption per unit product (referred to as energy consumption) of polypropylene produced by continuous gas-phase method and continuous liquid-phase bulk method. This standard is applicable to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption per unit product of polypropylene production enterprises by continuous gas phase method and continuous liquid phase bulk method, as well as the energy consumption control of new construction or expansion projects.
