This standard specifies the 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid colorimetric method for the determination of soluble sugar content in fruits and products. This standard is applicable to the determination of soluble sugar content in fruits and products. The detection limit of this standard is 2.0 mg/L, and the linear range is 0~120.0 mg/L.
