- Scope
- This specification applies to the measurement requirements, testing conditions, and measurement testing of the energy efficiency of copiers, printers, fax machines, and multi-functional machines (hereinafter referred to as products) that operate normally under 220 V, 50 Hz power grid, standard format, and general purpose. Methods, measurement test results evaluation criteria and test reports, etc. This specification does not apply to the following products: a) Products powered only by data interfaces (such as USB, IEEE1394, etc.); b) Products with a digital receiving front end (DFE); c) Products with an output speed greater than or equal to 70 pages/minute ; d) Dot matrix printers with print head pins greater than 48. This specification applies to product energy efficiency measurement supervision and testing. Commissioned testing can refer to this specification. Units that produce and sell products can also conduct testing with reference to this specification. Copiers, printers, fax machines, and multi-function machines that undergo testing should be products that pass the manufacturer's self-inspection, or products imported and sold by the seller.
