- The "Technical Standards for Operation, Maintenance and Safety of Domestic Waste Incineration Plants" is now approved as an industry standard, numbered CJJ128-2017, and will be implemented from February 1, 2018. Among them, Articles 3.0.2, 3.0.3, 4.1.10, 4.2.3, 5.1.5, 13.1.2, 15.2.5, and 16.1.1 are mandatory provisions and must be strictly implemented. The original "Technical Standard for Operation, Maintenance and Safety of Domestic Waste Incineration Plants" CJJ128-2009 was abolished at the same time. This standard is made public on the website of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (www.mohurd.gov.cn), and is published and distributed by the China Construction Industry Press organized by the Ministry of Standards and Quota Research Institute.
