- This regulation is formulated in order to strengthen the scientific management of domestic waste (hereinafter referred to as garbage) incineration plants, ensure the safe, normal and stable operation of waste incineration treatment facilities, and achieve the goals of energy conservation, pollution reduction and scientific management. This regulation applies to the operation, maintenance and safety of waste incineration plants that use grate-type waste incineration boilers as incineration equipment. In addition to complying with this regulation, the operation, maintenance and safety of waste incineration plants should also comply with the relevant national standards.
