Scope: This standard specifies the procedures and methods for water oil spill environmental risk assessment, including risk assessment preparation, risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, risk response and supervision and inspection. This standard is applicable to the risk assessment of water oil spill accidents occurring in ships, port storage tanks, docks, loading and unloading stations and other facilities, and can be used as the technical basis for environmental risk assessment of regional and water transportation construction projects.
