Scope

This standard specifies the general technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of permanent magnet low-speed DC tachogenerators. This standard applies to permanent magnet low-speed DC tachogenerators. This standard should be used together with the special technical conditions for permanent magnet low-speed DC tachogenerators (hereinafter referred to as motors).
