This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of polyvinyl chloride foam pads. This standard applies to foam pads that use base fabric as the base material, polyvinyl chloride plastis l as the coating material, and are processed through sizing, shaping, foaming, and cooling processes on the base fabric.
