Scope

This standard specifies the determination method of total silicon content in natural water and cooling water. This standard is applicable to the determination of total silicon content in natural water and cooling water. Determination of the minimum content is about 5mgSiO2/L, for water samples less than 5mgSiO2/L can be determined by spectrophotometry.
