Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of the moisture resistance of coating films, coating systems and similar products in a high-humidity environment with continuous condensation. This standard applies to the determination of the moisture resistance of coatings on porous substrates (such as wood, cement asbestos board) and non-porous substrates (such as metal).
