Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements for terms, models and names, copper foil requirements, appearance, dimensions, test methods, machining, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of copper-clad laminates. This standard applies to copper-clad laminates for printed circuits (hereinafter referred to as foil-clad laminates).
