Scope
This part of GB/T 5687 specifies the distillation-neutralization titration method for the determination of nitrogen content in ferrochromium nitride and high-nitrogen ferrochromium. This section applies to the determination of nitrogen content in ferrochrome nitride and high-nitrogen ferrochrome. Determination range (mass fraction) of ferrochrome nitride: 2.00%~7.00%; Determination range (mass fraction) of high-nitrogen ferrochrome: >7.00%~12.00%.
