Scope

This standard specifies the model, form and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of vacuum evaporation coating equipment. This standard applies to vacuum evaporation coating equipment (hereinafter referred to as equipment) with an ultimate pressure in the range of 5×10 Pa~5×10 Pa.
