Scope
This part of GB/T 31740 specifies the classification and specifications, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs and labels, packaging, transportation and storage of tea polyphenols. This part is applicable to the solid products of phenolic compounds mainly composed of catechins extracted from tea leaves or fresh tea leaves.
