Scope

This standard specifies a gas chromatographic method for the determination of gaseous nitrobenzene compounds in ambient air. This standard applies to the determination of nitrobenzene, nitrotoluene and nitrochlorobenzene in ambient air and unorganized exhaust gases. When the sampling volume is 25 L, the The detection limits are 0.001~0.002 mg/m, and the lower limit of determination is 0.004~0.008 mg/m. See Appendix A for details.
