Scope: This standard specifies the determination of phthalates in coatings by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. This standard is applicable to the determination of various phthalates in paints and raw materials for paints. Including but not limited to listed phthalates such as dibutyl phthalate (DBP), butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP), diisooctyl phthalate (DEHP), phthalate Dioctyl dicarboxylate (DNOP), diisononyl phthalate (DINP), diisodecyl phthalate (DIDP), etc. Other types of phthalates can also refer to this method.
