Scope

This standard specifies the general safety requirements, test conditions, accuracy of test instruments, routine tests before low temperature tests, low temperature test methods and test reports for proton exchange membrane fuel cell stacks under low temperature (below 0 °C) conditions. This standard applies to the storage, start-up and performance tests of proton exchange membrane fuel cell stacks at low temperatures (below 0 °C).
