- This standard stipulates the working procedures and overall requirements for environmental protection acceptance technology for completed textile dyeing and finishing construction projects, as well as the preparation requirements for acceptance technical plans and acceptance technical reports. This standard is applicable to the completed environmental protection acceptance work of new construction, reconstruction and expansion construction projects of textile dyeing and finishing production enterprises (excluding wool scouring, hemp degumming, cocoon cooking and chemical fiber raw material production processes).
