Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, inspection rules, signs and labels, packaging, transportation and storage of green food starch and starch products. This standard applies to green food edible starch (including cereals, potatoes, legume starch, water chestnut starch and other edible starches) and edible starch products [including vermicelli (strips), vermicelli and other edible starch products, etc.]; does not apply to konjac Flour and konjac flour products, lotus root starch, whole plant flour (such as whole potato flour), starch sugar, puffed starch products, fried starch products, instant vermicelli.
