- This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of high-purity germanium dioxide. This standard applies to germanium dioxide obtained from high-purity germanium tetrachloride as raw material through hydrolysis, washing and drying. The products are used for making reduced germanium, organic germanium and catalysts.
