Scope
This standard refers to tuna oil produced by boiling and carefully selecting tuna fish in a tube with vegetable cooking oil and seasoning it (sometimes a mixture of vegetable juice is used) and then going through processes such as degassing, sealing, sterilization, and cooling. Prescribes for immersion canning.
