Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificates and contracts (or order orders) for gold and arsenic evaporation materials. This standard is mainly applicable to gold-arsenic evaporation materials used in the manufacturing of semiconductor chips with gold backing.
