This standard applies to high-purity gallium trioxide with a purity of 99.999 5% and 99.999 9% produced by oxidation and powder processes using high-purity gallium as raw material. The products provide phosphors, gadolinium garnet (GGG crystal) and other materials for preparing white light LEDs.
