Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the content of impurity elements in high-purity gallium trioxide. This standard is applicable to the determination of sodium, magnesium, calcium, titanium, vanadium, chromium, manganese, iron, nickel, cobalt, copper, zinc, tin, lead, and indium in high-purity gallium trioxide. The measurement range of each element is (1×10)%~(4×10)%.
