This chapter in GB 4706.1-2005 is replaced by the following: This part of GB 4706 concerns the safety of commercial microwave ovens with a cavity door. The rated voltage does not exceed 250 V for single-phase appliances connected to a phase and neutral conductor, and 480 V for other appliances. This section applies to the safety of combination microwave ovens with a door, and its requirements include Appendix AA. This section also applies to the safety of commercial microwave ovens that do not have a cavity door, and food or beverages enter the cavity for heating through the transport device, and its requirements include Appendix BB. Applicable to microwave ovens in Appendix BB, the microwave load should enter the cavity through the transport device; Appendix BB also applies to the requirements of tunnel microwave ovens and several microwave vending machines. This section also applies to microwave ovens intended to be used on board, and its requirements include Appendix EE. This section considers the average person in the vending machine removal area. This section generally does not consider the following situations: -- Unattended young children and disabled people use the appliance; -- Children play with the appliance. This section considers the use of ordinary people without a door and microwave ovens with a transport device, unless these people are near the entrance or exit of the appliance.
