This chapter of GB 4706.1-2005 is replaced by the following content: This part deals with the safety of household or similar massage appliances whose rated voltage does not exceed 250V for single-phase appliances and 480V for other appliances. Appliances not intended for general household use, but which may still be dangerous for use in public places, such as appliances intended to be used by non-professionals in shops, light industrial sectors and farms, also fall within the scope of this standard. Considering as far as practicable, this standard deals with common hazards caused by appliances caused by human factors in the dwelling and in the surrounding environment of the dwelling. This standard does not usually consider: — users (including children) who: ● have physical disabilities, mental disorders or intellectual disabilities; or ● lack experience and knowledge. They should be prevented from safely using appliances without supervision or instructions. - Children's play equipment.
